Jeanine's Approach to Health Through Nutrition
While many approaches to cleansing exist, Jeanine Calabria leads a Nourishment Cleanse™ with a focus on deeply nourishing our bodies rather than fasting. Her four week program is held in her home in Concord offering both day and evening schedules. Typically groups meet once a week for two hours and she includes a brief cooking demonstration.
Nutritional Cleanses
Today, many health issues appear directly related to our environment and stressful lifestyles. In response, many people have found that cleansing helps them to achieve better health and personal equilibrium. Take charge of your well being and discover how simple and natural the path to vibrant health can be.
Cooking Classes
Jeanine offers the widely enjoyed Collaborative Cooking sessions to support those on the cleanse. These are optional and open to people outside the cleanse. Focus is on preparing dishes that are "cleanse friendly". Classes are offered during and after cleanse programs. Cooking sessions offer inspiration after the cleanse to maintain healthy changes in diet. Participants are engaged in the cooking process and sample and carry home dishes created during the class.
Schedule
Every Fall and Spring Jeanine offers both daytime and evening cleanse groups. A cleanse goup meets for four 2-hour sessions. The $200 cost includes a workbook and a light meal at the last session. Check the Calendar for specific dates and times.
Throughout the year Jeanine also offers special classes such as her Holiday Rescue Class and Soup Fast and Collaborative Cooking classes.
There is a 10 person limit for all classes.
All class details and dates are listed in Jeanine's Calendar. To register, call Jeanine at (978) 808-4103 or click here.
